The Alliance for New Jersey for Environmental Education (ANJEE) was established in 1985 to provide a networking forum for New Jersey's environmental educators. We are an organization of dedicated individuals who devote time, energy, and resources to facilitate the advancement of environmental education in our local, state, and global communities.
ANJEE provides the following opportunities and resources:
- The
New Jersey Environmental Education Conference held annually for formal and nonformal educators, administrators, naturalists, interpreters from schools, nature centers, colleges, government agencies, and environmental groups. Anyone interested in environmental education welcome to attend.

ANJEEonline, a semi-monthly online newsletter with announcements, grant opportunities, and many other resources. Submit announcements to:

ANJEEgram, a listserv of people interested in environmental education in NJ. Exchange ideas, lessons, and resources. Subscribe by sending a blank email to:

The Daily Planet, a quarterly newsletter with lesson plans, articles on issues and ideas, workshop announcements. Articles and committee members always needed!

Who are ANJEE members?
ANJEE members include people from the public, private, and parochial schools, state and community colleges and universities, nature centers, museums, zoos, corporations, civic groups, youth groups, government agencies, and environmental groups.
ANJEE is an affiliate of the North American Association for Environmental Education.
